A premium event management agency was losing enquiries to competitors with better-looking websites. Their existing presence didn't convey luxury, and every enquiry arrived as an untracked email.

The Solution

A gold-and-cream luxury website built to convert: a filterable portfolio gallery, animated service breakdowns, and an enquiry system that stores every lead in a database with a secure admin console to manage them.

Architecture

React (Vite) frontend with Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, and Lucide icons, backed by a Node.js API and MongoDB for enquiries and gallery content. Admin routes sit behind authentication; the frontend deploys to Vercel.

The agency now has a presence that matches the events they run, and every enquiry lands in one dashboard instead of a shared inbox.
